Dishwashing liquid

Ingredients for 800 mL of dishwashing liquid:

  • 50 g of Marseille soap

  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda

  • 1 tablespoon of white vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon of soda crystals

  • 1 tablespoon of liquid black soap

  • 20 drops of essential oil of your choice (optional, I like lemon for its smell or tea tree for its antibacterial properties)

  • 800 mL water

Material:

  • a salad bowl

  • a kettle or saucepan

  • a tablespoon

  • a container

  • Grate the Marseille soap into the bowl

  • Add boiling water and mix

  • Add white vinegar

  • Add the soda crystals

  • Add the baking soda

  • Add the black soap

  • Leave to rest for a few hours

  • Add essential oil and mix

  • Pour the mixture obtained into a container or an old bottle of dishwashing liquid

The liquid can sometimes become a bit thick. Just add a little water to the bottle and shake to mix well.
